The food was ok. It can be very cozy on the terrace by the canal.

We ended up here by chance, unfortunately we can also support the previous reviews. There was still foil in the carpaccio, the pumpkin soup tasted very bland and the promised pumpkin seeds were completely missing. The three stars are on the one hand because of the ambience, the view and we got an ice cream on the house for the complaint about the food. That actually tasted very good! Even with us, only half of the staff wore a mask and contact details were not recorded! It's a shame because this location definitely has potential.

A beautiful location right on the canal, but unfortunately the rest of it doesn't fit at all and that's a shame.

We CAME to this restaurant earlier every year and were always very happy. Since it has had a new chef and staff it has deteriorated a lot and is definitely no longer recommended. It took the waitress a long time to take our order. When I ordered an alteration to a dish, the waiter said: "Will it work ...". And unfortunately he was right. The schnitzel was served with herb butter, although I made it very clear that I DO NOT want that. It also tasted a bit like fish, from which I conclude that it was fried in the same frying fat as fish, which is actually not possible. Someone else's beef roulades were very tough and inedible. The food of all tasted sometimes worse than ready-made meals and was served carelessly. The waiters didn't wear masks and there was no space between the tables. The contact details were also not included. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and cozy.

Have always enjoyed going out to eat here, but since the change of ownership that will have been done. Have been here for a long time and are disappointed 😞

Cozy stopover option on the tour around the lake. Nice quick service. Good cake and coffee.

We stopped for coffee after a bike tour, were greeted in a very friendly manner, coffee and cake were delicious, the service politely asked if everything was okay, can't understand the many bad reviews, we were very satisfied.

Nice terrace overlooking the canal. You can watch the ships go by. Service very nice, but longer waiting time. Can definitely have something to do with the Corona-related hygiene concept.

We stopped there twice after a hike and bike ride. We ordered a refreshing shandy and a delicious piece of cake. Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and recognized us on our second visit. We would stop there again.

In terms of food, it is a hiker's restaurant that neither "eats with your eyes", nor is dependent on particularly courteous service. The staff in the beer garden was limited to 2 students who, due to the Covit restrictions, were completely overwhelmed with seating, serving and clearing. I have also never heard that it is better to just pick up the drinks first, using pagers, instead of picking up the food right away, because then it goes "faster". Food was more of a snack, prices rather upper hotel class and service rather mass processing. At least it is well located and you can watch the boats pass.

Very nice and fast service. Eat good. When the weather is nice, sit outside and watch the boats.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. However, the logistics can really be improved. You should bring some time with you.

The stay was the best I have experienced in my 62 years. Super kitchen Great clean room very friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

Nice to look at the canal for ships. In the beach chairs self-service. Nevertheless 4.90 € for a wheat! Expensive view!

Very nicely laid out the building, we had a boat trip and you have fue possibility to get out there and also back again. Very nice place
